Fruits and Greens
As you might already know, fruits are very good for elimination, and they're alkalizing as well. Eating fruit promotes steady blood sugar levels, and reduces cravings for sweets after meals.Fruit consists mostly of water, just like the human body. Fruit is also very satiating because it raises blood sugar and reduces appetite.Bananas and plantains are fleshy fruits that add potassium, fiber and vitamin C. A banana smoothie is a great way to replace potassium that you lose after exercising.Stone fruits such as peaches, nectarines, plums, mangoes and cherries add a thick texture and antioxidants to your smoothies. Adding these fruits to your smoothie boosts your energy and replenishes your daily need for vitamin C.Strawberries, blueberries, cranberries, raspberries and kiwi are excellent sources of antioxidants that help fight the signs of aging and cardiovascular disease. Blueberries and strawberries contain the most antioxidants of any fresh berries and may help reduce the build up of cholesterol in the arteries, according to registered dietitian Sally Barclay of Iowa State University. Berries also provide fiber, vitamin A, vitamin C, potassium and magnesium. Varying the fruits you add to smoothies ensures that your diet is rich in all the necessary vitamins and minerals.
Not to mention they're excellent for overall health because of having such a high vitamin content. You can also add fresh greens to your fruit smoothies (such as Romaine lettuce, celery, kale, or parsley) for a healthy, blood sugar-balancing smoothie.
Greens are extremly important for health! Green leafy vegetables are powerful and have the highest percentage of minerals per calorie of any class of foods. Dark greens and cruciferous vegetables, such as kale, collards, cabbage, and broccoli are very nutritious (rich in protein and minerals), but can be harder to digest, for some people, if you just start eating a lot of them all at once. One thing you can do is to try shredding them finely and massaging them with a little sea salt, olive oil and lemon juice to soften them. This will not only help in digestion, but it's also a great way to get a "cooked"-feeling meal because of the softness the kale or cabbage takes on after doing that.
Spinach, Swiss chard, kale and green peppers blended in a smoothie are an appetizing way to add greens to your diet. Green vegetables provide the nutrients vitamin K, iron, vitamin C and calcium to your daily diet. Combine the greens with a sweet fruit to enhance the flavor, making it easier to get your family to eat their greens.

2 medium Oranges
2cm of ginger
0,25 cup coconut milk
0,5 cup water
1 pc banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 tbsp almonds
Blend all ingredients until smooth mixture and enjoy !
Mint is excellent help in treating diseases of the digestive system .In combination with other ingredients you will get a fantastic smoothie drink packed with nutrients.
1 pc frozen banana
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp almonds
5 drps mint extract
0,5 cup fresh mint
Blend all ingredients until smooth mixture .
1 young coconut,meat and liquid
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 teaspoon spirulina
2 spring fresh mint
Place coconut meat,coconut water and water in blender and blend until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
The flax seeds are a great source of omega 3 fatty acids,and contain iron,zinc,copper,calcium,potassium and other much nedeed nutrients .
Chia seeds are another great source of omega 3"s.They are loaded with protein,fiber and other antioxidants .
Hemp seeds : even more omega 3"s healthily balnced with omega 6.They are another great source of fiber and protein .They are rich in gamma linolenic acid which has proven to help balance hormones.
Spirulina provides many protein and many antioxidants .Contains beta caroten 10 times more then carrots and contains B12.
Young coconut contains more potassium then bananas ,electrolytes,lauric acid which is antiviral,antibacterial and anti-fungal .
